Thanksgiving Giving 2014

November 25, 2014

Last night we got together with Mobile Loaves and Fishes of Austin, Texas for a grand Thanksgiving dinner. We helped host around 400+ individuals in need and it couldn't have gone better. We love the chance to get together with our volunteers to help others and bring awareness to the issues of homeless. Better than that, we had an amazing night getting to talk with a lot of amazing people. Regardless of what the backstory, everyone has the ability to sit and share a meal together.

We sat together, shared some stories and turkey and loved every minute of it. Overall, we were able to give hundreds of socks and walk away with a ton more friends. If you want to help get involved with our next giving trip, send us a little message and we will see what we can do to get you set up as a Mitscoots Volunteer. Thanks to everyone that made it out and lets make it even bigger for next year!
